PROGRAM DETAILS

Class Sessions: 5:30pm to 8:30pm Mondays - Fridays, 9am-6pm Saturdays and Sundays

Residential Option: Live on site at Nine Mountain retreats. Private and shared rooms available in our one big house. Bedding and towels provided, family and friends welcome. Residents will share daily "lifestyle" practices like daily meditation, karma yoga, asana, pranayama, and more, led by Ariela and friends. 

Commuter Option: Join the group on nights and weekends

Tuition: $1800 includes 108 hour certification and course materials. For past students doing partial participation, $600/week.

If only taking Part 2 - Fee is $700

Cost details: This price is the same if you are residential or commuting, as there is no lodging charge during this program - all are welcome! Meals are not included; meals will be communally shopped, chopped, prepared and shared, possibly with weekly trips to farms/farmers market.
