It has been continuously evolving and this now an established curriculum to offer the student a solid grounded understanding of the fundamental language of Thai massage on the mat. If you've missed any of the classes on this flyer please know it's still OK to join at any weekend. Please contact Ariela and she will explain to you how you can make up what you've missed next round. These have been continuously going for over 23 years. You will just continue the program that cycle.

Master class at the Shala –Protocols and tools

After years of sharing the mat work series, ariella put together a more advanced class for those who have completed the first program. She's called it the master class which doesn't mean you will be a master however it does mean that you've mastered all her classes and there are now in a different level of understanding. The master class is rooted in the language we established in the first program and are now ready to learn protocols. And the protocols classes we learned specific treatment plans to help bring balance to pain patterns which are the most common she's encountered she also shares the use of many of the wonderful tools used in Thailand. Join us on our adventure to Thailand late November into early December.

This winter we will be going to Thailand for a 12 day journey into the heart of the north where we will study thai-massage with tribal people and learn to cook traditional food as well as visiting many temples and nature. Winter 10 days Bliss Camp at the Shala

Once a year when the weather is beautiful we invite our beloved community to come and join us at our beautiful home. This is a very special time where we live together as a family and share in the cooking and the cleaning and of course Sharing the beautiful art of Thai massage. This is especially designed for students who live far away and don't benefit from living close to our school and able to come for these long series. And this particular winter camp we will study wonderful weekend and then every day shorter Study time leaving us opportunities to really deep in and grow what we learned in the weekend.
