Join us for a day devoted to the art of face and neck massage. We'll cover marma point therapy, Ayurvedic face oils, facial cupping, Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage, and the lifting techniques that bring brightness and radiance to the face. This work is deeply stress-reducing for the whole body — it's become one of my favorite ways to help people unwind.

Face-Lifting Massage is a series of specialized techniques designed to rejuvenate the skin, stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, and restore a more youthful, radiant appearance. The treatment begins with gentle lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and inflammation, then moves into therapeutic tools — facial cupping, Gua Sha, and the Kansa wand — paired with expert hands-on massage using the fingers, forearms, and heels of the hands to release tension and lift and sculpt the lower, middle, and upper face.

We carry stress and emotion in our facial muscles, often reflecting what we experience in daily life. When that tension is released through skillful, nurturing touch, the benefits extend well beyond the face — encouraging relaxation and balance throughout the entire body.
