Three Day Thai Massage and Herbal Bundle at the Pisgah Therapeutics Wellness Center in Ashville NC

Join me for a three-day Thai massage retreat at Pais Therapeutics Wellness Center in Asheville, North Carolina.

What you’ll learn

  • Foundations of Lotus Palm (Northern) Thai massage: safe, effective bodywork techniques, sequencing, and energetic lines.

  • Hands-on practice in assisted stretching, compressions, and palming that create fluid, supportive sessions.

  • Traditional Thai herbal medicine: identifying, chopping, and blending herbs to make herbal compresses (luk pra kob). You’ll prepare your own bundles and learn warming and application techniques to enhance the massage experience.

  • How to integrate the herbal compress as a tool to deepen therapeutic effect and client comfort while honoring traditional methods preserved by teachers from Thailand and India.

  • Live herb preparation: chopping, blending, wrapping, and steaming your own compresses to take home.

  • Optional lodging on-site or nearby in the beautiful North Carolina mountains.

  • Healthy organic meals available on request (please indicate dietary needs when you register).

  • Dates: March 12th-15th

  • Time: 10am-5pm all three days

  • Tuition: $350 for class ( Food and lodging will be extra)

  • Lodging is $50 a night

  • What to bring: comfortable clothes for movement, 2 small towel, notebook, water bottle. massage mats will need to be improvised if you dot have a taxi mat. Ask Ariela and she will guide you .l

  • All tuition is no refundable unless cancelled two weeks in advance.
