In this weekend workshop, we will break down the classic Hatha Yoga sequence as taught to Ariela by the Sivananada School of yoga in South India, and we will add her many years of experience as a Thai Massage teacher to help deepen the postures.

On our second day, we will be learning Eye Yoga. You will need to bring-
*1 cup of garbanzo bean flour
* 1 cup of Spelt Flour
*ghee ( a small jar )
*cotton balls ( Organic is best )
We are a small School and can not issue refunds. We do grant credit for future classes. .
