Thai Foot Reflexology
In this workshop students will learn to give an hour long session on the feet alone, while still affecting the whole body through aware stimulation of the sen lines and marma points.
Please bring-
Shea butter
Two Towels
Thai mat or massage table
Rose water
Please bring lunch for the hour long lunch break and bring some chocolate and snacks to share .
If you don't have a Thai massage mat, you can improvise with a thick blanket and some pillows. The Florida school of massage has extra tables,
